The Del Norte Local Transportation Commission’s website was developed in compliance with California Government Code section 7405, which requires all state agencies to comply with Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and also the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA success criteria. The SCTC’s website follows the principles that all content needs to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for any user, including those with disabilities. All uploaded documents, including Agendas and Regional Transportation Plans, are also ADA compliant.
